Krellivonique operates only within Hong Kong. We do not provide shipping or services to locations outside of this region. All transactions, deliveries, and support inquiries are handled locally to ensure we meet the specific needs of our Hong Kong audience.
When you place an order with Krellivonique, we begin processing it immediately. We require 1 business day for order packaging and preparing the shipment.
The total delivery timeline is typically 2 to 3 business days. We strive to ensure your new attire reaches you within this window.
Regarding order changes, you may request a cancellation as long as the item remains in our possession. However, once the parcel is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, order cancellations are not entertained. At that stage, we cannot halt the shipment or cancel the order.
To keep things simple, we operate using a Cash on Delivery (COD) model only. This means you do not pay anything online. You provide the full payment to the delivery person at your doorstep when the package arrives.
We do not apply any hidden charges or extra shopping costs. The price you see on your order summary is the exact amount you pay upon arrival. Since we do not collect digital payments at the checkout stage, we do not store your credit card or sensitive fiscal data on our servers.
We offer a 30-day return policy that begins on the day your package is delivered. This policy is designed to address specific issues with the items received. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match what you ordered, please email our team at support@krellivonique.com.
Once you notify us of a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a pickup from your location. There are no fees for this pickup; the cost is entirely our responsibility. After the item reaches our office, we require 24 hours to inspect its condition. Following this inspection, we will either arrange a replacement or, if the item is unavailable or the damage cannot be fixed, we will facilitate a full refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before confirming your purchase. We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items that meet our criteria.
Because we operate via Cash on Delivery, we do not have your banking information on file. If a refund is approved after our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank transfer details. Once we receive these details, we initiate the transfer.
It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we process the transaction. This duration depends on your specific banking provider’s internal procedures. We are committed to ensuring you receive your funds back promptly when an item meets our return standards.
By using our site, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name and delivery address. Misrepresentation of identity or location may result in the cancellation of your order.
You are responsible for being present or having an authorized person available to complete the Cash on Delivery transaction when the courier arrives.
