Our operations are exclusively based in Hong Kong. All return requests, pickups, and refund transfers are handled locally.

We provide a 30-day return policy which begins on the day of delivery. If you notice an issue with your dress, you must notify us within this timeframe.

Our return policy is specifically designed to address instances where you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Because we aim to provide high-quality attire to all our shoppers, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. We ask that you remain certain of your selection before finalizing your purchase at the doorstep.
If the item received is physically compromised or does not match the style you ordered, we will take full responsibility. In these specific cases, we arrange a pickup from your address at no cost to you. We handle the logistics so that the process remains stress-free.

Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team performs a detailed assessment. We take 24 hours to inspect the condition of the garment. This step is necessary to confirm the nature of the damage or the fulfillment error.
Following the inspection, we will reach out to you with the results. If the item is indeed damaged or incorrect, we will first attempt to arrange a replacement so you can receive the dress you originally wanted. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will proceed with a full refund.
Since Krellivonique operates using a Cash on Delivery model, we do not have your banking details on file at the time of purchase. If a refund is approved, our team will contact you via email to request your bank account information.
Upon receiving these details, we initiate a bank transfer for the full amount of your purchase. Please note that we do not charge any restocking fees. The refund is processed for the total price paid at the door.
Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to be reflected in your account. This duration depends entirely on your specific banking provider’s processing times.
You may cancel your order at any time while the item is still with us. However, once the order is dispatched and with our logistics partners, order cancellations are not possible. Since we collect payment at the doorstep, the transaction is finalized upon arrival.
