To provide a secure and accessible shopping experience, Krellivonique operates using a Cash on Delivery model only. We do not collect payments through our website. Instead, the full payment is collected by the delivery personnel at your doorstep upon arrival.

You have the flexibility to cancel your order as long as the product remains with us. However, once the item is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partners, the delivery must be completed. Since the order is already in motion within the delivery network, we cannot halt the shipment.
